Knoll Court

The published UK documents cover 2026/27. England/Wales allow written/email cancellation to the manager within 14 days of signing the first agreement, before commencement and key collection, refunding advance rent and other rent. Scotland instead specifies cancellation up to 1 May 2026 or within 48 hours of signing, also before commencement/key collection; the May date has passed. Afterwards rent remains due until a suitable replacement is found. For visa refusal, Yugo first considers transfer if studying elsewhere; if no relevant transfer is possible, send the official refusal and written/email request within three days of the letter. After commencement rent remains due until those arrive. The first-year undergraduate university-rejection route required application before 22 August 2026, already passed at this review. Do not use these documents as current protection for a 2027/28 or overseas booking; obtain that agreement’s own terms.

Published UK 2026/27 policies only: send the official visa-refusal letter and written/email request within three days of the letter. Transfer is considered first if studying elsewhere. After commencement rent remains due until the required evidence arrives. Later years need confirmation.

MoJO does not add a student booking fee to enquiries or booking requests.
