Canvas River Street Tower

The published UK cancellation terms refer to 2026/27; obtain the agreement for a later year before relying on them. After the three-day reservation period, rent liability normally continues unless Canvas accepts a policy ground or a suitable replacement. Before arrival, visa/academic rejection or exceptional circumstances need the cancellation form and adequate evidence within four weeks of the request. After arrival, accepted release takes effect four weeks after adequate evidence and rent remains due meanwhile. A replacement must be eligible, not an existing resident or already booked for 2026/27, sign and pay the required deposit; arrears must be cleared. After-start replacements cost £50; requests after 1 June are not accepted. The national Code can take precedence. Early exam completion is not a cancellation ground.

UK student bookings require identity and student-status documents, guarantor/emergency-contact details and the requested application evidence. The FAQ requires residents to be 18, or turn 18 during the tenancy using the under-18 application. A signed resident/guarantor agreement, countersignature and cleared first instalment are required under the published terms.

The UK terms describe a holding/reservation payment with a three-day cancellation period from reservation; email the property team to request its return within that period. Afterwards it is normally retained. A room move or approved replacement after the tenancy starts carries a £50 administration charge. Confirm the holding amount in the actual booking.

The UK FAQ compares one, two and four instalments: one costs 2% less than two, while four costs 2% more than two. Bank transfer is preferred; available card payments exclude American Express. The recurring-payment terms authorise outstanding scheduled instalments to be collected from the registered payment method, with a retry seven days after failure. Keep valid payment details and funds available. Confirm actual due dates and the total for your selected contract.

Payment method mentions: card, bank transfer.

The UK FAQ requires a guarantor for every lease, including payment in one instalment. The guarantor must not be in full-time education or student housing and cannot be the resident. They may live outside the UK.

Published UK 2026/27 terms only: official visa refusal; a visa granted then withdrawn is excluded. Submit the cancellation form and adequate evidence within four weeks of requesting release. After arrival, four weeks’ rent can apply. Confirm later-year terms separately.

Published UK 2026/27 terms only: evidence that required grades were not achieved and you will not be a student, plus the cancellation form and adequate evidence within four weeks of the request. After-arrival release can carry four weeks’ rent. Confirm later-year terms.

MoJO does not add a student booking fee to enquiries or booking requests.
