The published UK documents cover 2026/27. England/Wales allow written/email cancellation to the manager within 14 days of signing the first agreement, before commencement and key collection, refunding advance rent and other rent. Scotland instead specifies cancellation up to 1 May 2026 or within 48 hours of signing, also before commencement/key collection; the May date has passed. Afterwards rent remains due until a suitable replacement is found. For visa refusal, Yugo first considers transfer if studying elsewhere; if no relevant transfer is possible, send the official refusal and written/email request within three days of the letter. After commencement rent remains due until those arrive. The first-year undergraduate university-rejection route required application before 22 August 2026, already passed at this review. Do not use these documents as current protection for a 2027/28 or overseas booking; obtain that agreement’s own terms.
