Mezzino accepts applications year-round subject to availability; completing an enquiry is not a room guarantee. UK headline rent includes utilities/broadband subject to fair usage. Republic of Ireland utilities have a separate fixed charge, so obtain that building’s full schedule and charge quote.

The FAQ states a refundable cooling-off period of seven days for England/Wales agreements and fourteen days for Scotland. The actual agreement gives the complete conditions. Leaving early does not end rent liability; release/refund depends on a suitable replacement. The general FAQ does not establish a cooling-off duration for Northern Ireland or a visa/university-place release. Confirm the exact building, agreement and academic year.
