Oria Student Accommodation

The Spanish booking terms, last edited 1 October 2026, give five calendar days after confirmation for bookings before 27 May in the occupation-start year, or 48 hours for bookings on/after that date. Approved cooling-off refunds are aimed within 28 days. Clearing Rooms have separate restricted terms. Visa/place release requires written notice within 48 hours of learning the reason, all payments on time, no earlier declined cancellation request, and the pre-occupation conditions in the agreement. Visa refusal must be submitted by 16 August 2027 and cannot result from an incomplete/late application. Voluntary university withdrawal or a revoked place does not qualify. Outside these grounds, the accommodation agreement governs; Vita does not guarantee replacement marketing. Other Spain-page clauses contain apparent drafting errors, so eligibility, amendment charges and the exact agreement must be confirmed before booking.

7 room types show stay-length or tenancy options. Payment dates still need confirming in writing.
