Student Castle asks for advance rent at booking, with the amount set by the building. This is not confirmation of a separate damage deposit. Book on Student Castle’s website, choose a room and pay the building-specific advance rent. The FAQ gives ten days to accept the offer, e-sign and upload documents; for bookings made within 14 days of the start, this may be shortened to 48 hours before commencement. Without a suitable guarantor, full advance rent or an independently approved Housing Hand arrangement may be possible; the service has its own eligibility and charges.

A completed, countersigned booking is binding.
