I submitted a repair request at 9:00 PM, expecting it to take a few days, but to my surprise, the issue was completely fixed by 9:00 AM the next morning! Their response time is truly unmatched, and their team is not only efficient but also professional and courteous. It’s clear that Aparto genuinely cares about its residents and ensures a smooth, hassle-free living experience. If you’re looking for student accommodation with excellent service and a dedicated team, Aparto is the perfect choice! I've had a wonderful year living here. The maintenance team is always quick to resolve any issues, and the apartment staff are extremely patient and friendly. They actively address any concerns with great care. The room stays warm even during Glasgow’s cold winters, hot water and heating work perfectly, so you’ll always feel comfortable. One of the best parts? There’s a Chinese-speaking receptionist! She’s incredibly kind and helpful, which made my study abroad life so much easier. Whether it’s deliveries, maintenance, or everyday questions, everything gets taken care of quickly and smoothly. The location is also super convenient: just a few minutes’ walk to Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and the Chinese supermarket Ai Jia. Grocery shopping is hassle-free. And don’t forget the food nearby, there are so many great options like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai restaurants waiting to be explored! Highly recommend it, especially for international students and Chinese speakers!
