Book through the Cloud Student Homes website, a letting agent or the onsite team. The Concurrent portal asks the student to upload passport/photo ID and a student ID or offer letter, pay the deposit and sign the tenancy. Check-in requires the tenancy to be signed by the student and countersigned by Cloud, with the deposit and first rent payment cleared; the student must present valid ID and collect the key in person.

Once the tenancy is signed by the student and countersigned by Cloud, the deposit is protected through MyDeposits (Total Property) and a protection certificate is sent. After checkout and inspection, it is returned through MyDeposits within 30 days, less supported deductions such as damage or unpaid sums.
