Leaving early does not end rent liability; release/refund depends on a suitable replacement. The general FAQ does not establish a cooling-off duration for Northern Ireland or a visa/university-place release. Confirm the exact building, agreement and academic year.

Mezzino accepts applications year-round subject to availability; completing an enquiry is not a room guarantee. The FAQ requires the booking deposit when signing and may release a held room if it is not paid within seven days. Before check-in provide student-status evidence and passport or driving licence, and clear the due deposit and rent. Short stays, extensions and group allocations must be agreed with the property.
