You don't need a bus, a bike or an early alarm, just step outside and you're there - perfect for your 9AMs! The walking route takes you through the city centre, passing Sainsbury's and Drake Circus shopping centre on the way. The University of Plymouth Students' Union is around a 6-minute walk. Is The Reservoir close to Arts University Plymouth as well. Yes, Arts University Plymouth is also a 5-minute walk from The Reservoir. The building sits between both universities, so whether you're at Plymouth University or AUP, your commute is the same. This makes The Reservoir one of the few private halls in Plymouth that genuinely works equally well for students at both Universities. Is The Reservoir suitable for first-year students. The Reservoir is popular with first-year students and is well-suited to the transition into university life. Facilities and features can vary; typically you are provided with a bed, a study with a desk and a chair, bookshelves, wardrobe and plenty of storage. Bedding is not provided with each room as most of our students prefer to bring their own, however you can order bedding and kitchen utensils from our friends UniKitOut to be delivered to your room prior to your move in.
